Cancellation Policy

At Crystal Charters, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexible options to accommodate our clients. Our cancellation and credit policy is designed to provide you with choices while ensuring fairness to all parties involved. Please review the following terms:
Cancellation Refunds
Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Departure
- Refund Option: You are eligible for a 90% refund of the total booking price.
- Credit Option: Alternatively, you may opt for a 100% credit of the booking price, applicable toward a future charter within 36 months of your original departure date.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Departure
- Refund Option: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking price.
- Credit Option: Alternatively, you may choose a 70% credit toward a future charter within 36 months of your original departure date.
Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before Departure
- Refund Option: No refund is available.
- Credit Option: You may receive a 50% credit toward a future charter within 36 months of your original departure date.
Rescheduling Your Charter
If you wish to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability:
- More Than 7 Days Before Departure: Rescheduling is allowed without any additional fees.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Departure: Rescheduling may be subject to the same fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.
No-Show Policy
- No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows on the scheduled departure date.
- The full booking price will be forfeited.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Your safety is our top priority. If we determine that weather conditions or other factors pose a safety risk:
- Options Available:
- Reschedule your charter at no additional cost.
- Receive a full refund.
- Obtain a 100% credit toward a future charter within 36 months.

Credit Terms and Conditions
- Validity: Credits are valid for 36 months from the original departure date.
- Transferability: Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original booking party.
- Redemption: Credits can be applied to any available charter service offered by Crystal Charters.
- Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance after applying the credit must be settled according to our payment policies.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 4-8 business days.
- The appearance of the refund in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
