All passengers must sign a liability waiver before boarding the vessel. By doing so, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with water activities.
Passengers must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the captain and crew. Life jackets and other safety equipment must be worn as directed.

Maximum charter capacities must not be exceeded, and passenger numbers must comply with safety regulations.
Respectful and responsible conduct is expected from all passengers. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the charter.
Clients are expected to respect the local wildlife and marine environment. Feeding, touching, or disturbing marine life while snorkeling in protected areas is strictly prohibited.
Clients with health concerns or medical conditions should consult with a medical professional before participating in water activities.
Crystal Charters is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
