Data deletion requests

To ask Crystal Charters to delete personal information we hold about you, email cayman@crystalcharters.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Include the name and contact details you used with us, and, if relevant, a booking reference or the WhatsApp number involved. Please do not send identity documents, card details, or passwords in your first email.

We may need to verify that the request is yours before acting. We will review the information held in our systems and explain any records we must retain for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security reasons. We will confirm the outcome by email.

This request concerns information controlled by Crystal Charters. Messages or copies retained by WhatsApp, Meta, other participants, or third-party services may be subject to their own deletion processes.
