Cruise Ship Guests
How much time do I need from my ship docking before our charter departure?
We recommend 1.5 to 2 hours from the cruise arrival time to get to our dock. The cruise ships use tender boats to get their guests on shore, which means it can take up to an hour to get off the boat.
How far are you from the cruise ship terminal?
We depart two docks, depending on the boat you book. Camana Bay is 10 minutes by taxi from the cruise ship terminal and the Cayman Islands Yacht Club is about 15 minutes from the cruise ship terminal. You will be informed of your departure location in your booking conformation.
Do you provide pick up at the cruise ship terminal?
No, but we will provide you details on getting a taxi straight from the terminal. It’s quick and easy and only cost $5 per person.
How do we get to your dock from the cruise ship terminal?
The easiest way to get to our dock from the cruise ship terminal is by taxi. There are many transport officials walking around the cruise ship terminal, all wearing blue polo shirts. If you ask for their assistance, they will allocate transportation for you. The drive takes about 10-15 minutes and costs $4-$6 USD per person. Once we return, we can easily call for a taxi to take you back to the cruise terminal.
How do we get back to the cruise ship terminal?
Your captains will call a taxi for you to get back to the terminal no problem, just let them know during your charter that you’ll need assistance with this.
What happens if the weather is bad or my cruise ship doesn’t dock on the day of my charter?
If your cruise ship can not dock due to weather or rerouting, we will refund your deposit in full.
Where can we buy drinks and food to take on our charter?
There is an excellent deli/grocery store call Bay Market next to our dock where you can stock up for your charter. We can also arrange to have food and drinks on board for you. Liquor stores don’t open until 10am in Cayman, so if your charter is before then and you’d like some alcohol on board, just let us know and we’ll make it happen!
